We welcome league leaders Templeogue to cork on Sunday as we make a return to the Parochial Hall a venue many Demons fans grew up in. Templeogue have a formidable lineup with a group of Senior Internationals who have built chemistry over years of playing together in the league. Added to that is the player of the year Dee Proby from last year and you can see why they are everyone’s pick to win the league.
For us with such a new team it’s a case of building towards 40 minute performances. We have played well in patches but can see that with only 4 returning players from last years squad that the cohesion is not there yet. This is something that took almost 12 months when we dominated the league previously so we know it’s a long process. Our goal will as always be to fight during every possession and see where that takes us.
