We got back to winning ways this week with a comprehensive win at home over Tolka Rovers.We needed a good performance after our heavy loss to Moycullen the week before and we got it in parts. I told the lads after that game that we where beaten on the day by the better team and that on another day with a full team we would see who is really the best team. Yesterday we started off really well and looked comfortable at the end of the 1st.To be fair to Tolka they fought hard in the 2nd and cut the lead to 6 at the half. I just told the lads at half time to pick up the intensity a bit and cut out turnovers and we would be fine. In the end we won by 27 without really playing that well which is a good sign . Next week we now move onto the cup qtr final and we will be hoping for a more rounded performance to help us try and advance to the semi finals.
