C&S UCC Demons Maintain Good Start To The Season
Sunday was another good day at the office for the team. We controlled the game for the majority and never really looked in any real danger of losing. It’s also very important that we make the Mardyke an uncomfortable experience for traveling teams which we achieved.As for the performance it is one which we are happy with but know there is room for improvement moving forward. With the bigger picture in mind we are throwing a lot at the players and experimenting with different line ups to give us more options in the future. Due to this there will be times where we are not as fluid or even a little sloppy during a game but that is a sacrifice we are willing to make right now. Individually players are improving as we become more comfortable with each other. Two weeks in and we have beaten two of the top sides in the league without playing to our full potential. Now we have to continue on an upward curve to put together a complete forty minutes over the next few weeks.
